UKIP’s Nigel Farage pays visit to Canterbury

The leader of UKIP, Nigel Farage, visited Canterbury this morning and spoke to shop workers and people on the street.

When asked what he was talking to people  about he was quoted as saying:

“I’m talking about fairness. The English have had a completely rotten deal out of devolution. Rotten because Scottish MPs can vote on English-only laws and rotten because our politicians are telling us we should be ashamed to be English.”
